The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the holy mosque. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to have taxis available right outside the hotel 24/7.

There were a few issues that affected my stay. The air conditioning in my room was not controllable, so it was too cold and I couldn't adjust the temperature.

First of all the receptionist did not accept that we have a booking as i forgot to take the printout with me but i provided the booking and PIN numbers but he refused to accept and told me that he is unable to trace any booking for me. When i insisted, he tried again and found the booking but told me another rate which was 25% more than rate booked on this site. I resisted and told him to contact his manager. He called the manager and the manager told him to accept the rate given by Booking .com and appoligized me for teh confusion. However both these matters took half an hour to be resolved and my family was sitting in the car waiting for the outcome. Very congested washroom and room. Water does not go down the drain in the bath tub and your feet would be in dirty water while bathing. Untidy room,and carpet was very dirty. We do not recommend to stay here.

Cleanliness of pillows and duvets partly still with hair of the previous guest. The floor has not been vacuumed properly. There is no double bed possibility

Convenient location, 7-minute walk to Gate 15. Comfortable bed. Limited dining options, but breakfast serves basic fare. Limited parking availability.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a stay close to the main mosque. The staff provides great service and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and adequate for a pleasant experience. Additionally, the complementary breakfast is a convenient perk, perfect for starting the day before exploring the beautiful surroundings.

The location is very good. 5-10 min max walk to the haram. plus breakfast was really nice as well.

Hotel staff was ignorant. some of them didnt understand english and it was difficult to get the room cleaned up.

The location is ideal, close to main attractions and shopping. The staff are friendly and attentive. The view from the hotel room is stunning. The beds are comfortable and the decor is pleasant. The breakfast is delicious.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Clean Room and Toilets. Walkable distance to Masjid Nabavi. Very helpful staff at Reception. Check-out time extended for us for two more hours which made our trip very comfortable. Very good buffet breakfast with lot of variety items.

The hotel boasts a great location, with easy access to both the holy mosque and the main shopping centre. Visitors will enjoy staying in the heart of the city, and the hotel is conveniently split into two areas. the rooms are comfortable, with attractive decor and comfortable bedding. Guests can expect a delicious breakfast every morning.

Some of the rooms may not be ideal for plus-size individuals, a slight inconvenience if you need more space in the bathroom.

Poor house keeping service, room was not cleaned properly, bath room seemed unhygenic, towels were not cahnged, room service staff was more interested to get tip then to do the job, un attentive reception staff -Good breakfast -
